Dear Parents,
In support of learning their multiplication tables I have informed the children about the following internet site which is most useful, all areas of the curriculum have been covered and located under subject and topic sections. The website links are all suitable for primary aged children and will support their learning. Those pupils which do not have access to the internet may be allocated time at school for research and study.

Having entered the site locate the numeracy link towards the top left of the page, go into the numeracy page and then scroll down around half way to the topic Multiplication and Division. The subheading Multiplication will head a table which has numerous interesting and fun web pages which can be used to support learning in school.
I have demonstrated to the children how to find and use this resource. As stated this site has brought together suitable, fun and interesting websites usefully linked under curriculum area and topic heading. I will, in spring, ask the children to use this site for their science topics.
I hope you will find this useful and feel that you can support their learning using this site.
